A successful Cleveland landscape grounds maintenance company is looking to add a seasoned sales professional to our team. This opportunity is for an immediate hire should you meet the requirements for this position. We are searching for a professional with at least 5 plus years experience selling services related to (but not limited to) contracting and trades like landscape, construction, janitorial, HVAC, etc.

If you have had success in prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating and closing annual contract-type work in the HOA, commercial and industrial market segments, we are interested in speaking with you. You must be professional in appearance and in written, phone and face-to-face communications. You must be organized and hard-working, and willing to invest the time to achieve sales goals.

This position has a base salary of $50k with the realistic potential to double that compensation when achieving goals.
