This project started out as a simple drainage project and quickly grew into a full landscape project. The client wanted to create an outdoor living space that included an outdoor kitchen, gas fire pit, waterfall, pergola, and hot tub, as well as reuse an existing gazebo and shed. Land Creations Landscaping completely transformed everything, starting by solving the drainage problem and regrading the property. The existing gazebo and shed were moved, and Brussels block walls and custom cedar arbor were installed to help soften the hot tub in the center of the patio.

Land Creations Landscaping enhanced the character and increased curb appeal of their client's home by creating various sustainable garden spaces that integrated the house with the surrounding outdoor space. Exisiting material was used to give the initial garden a more mature look, while a water feature, sandstone, bluestone, Maryland flagstone, portico, and pergola create focal points and year round interest in the garden.

The Weidner Group's clients were looking for a natural and comfortable space that could be utilized in more than just the warm summer months and an outdoor fireplace that would serve as the focal point. Entertaining was very important to them so The Weidner Group created a pergola to house the grilling area and bar. A combination of bluestone, sandstone, and outcropping stone was the primary design element and the source of much of the creativity for this project.
