This commercial property was renovated in the mid-1990s from an old office building to a brand new campus with multiple tenants. Impact Grounds Maintenace and Design has maintained the property since 2003 and perform full-year round serivces including snow removal, deicing, fertilization, mowing, irrigation, pruning, and spring and fall clean-ups. Working around parked cars is always a challenge, and specific tasks need to be done on weekends when the parking lot is empty.
