The theme for this formal garden at The Promenade was "Chaos of Color" and is a favorite annual display and showcase. It is comprised of an inner ring surrounding a planted, tiered fountain and four quadrants, all delineated by a boxwood hedge. The fountain and four baths were planted with flowers selected for their vibrant color and tolerance for hot, sunny and dry conditions.
