9th Avenue Designs

These homeowners already had an exceptional space to entertain and relax in their backyard. The final step was to integrate proper lighting to create a scene that was otherwise unnoticed during the day. 9th Avenue Designs incorporated various lighting techniques and fixtures to give an overall result of a space that not only looks beautiful, but creates a sense of security to an otherwise dark patio. The fireplace, pergola, and kitchen were highlighted as well, allowing them to harmonize with the landscaping and surrounding woods.

These homeowners wanted a secret oasis where they could escape to relax. New Vista installed a water feature in an area that was private and that could only be accessed from the inside of the house. The water feature included reclaimed limestone columns, hand carved inlay natural stone, a lion mask fountain, and collection pool.

Ohio Valley Group

The goal of this project was to create a private entertaining area which would visually tie the upstairs views to the lower finished basement views. To achieve this, Ohio Valley Group installed a large lighted cascading waterfall. The waterfall can be viewed from the upstairs kitchen and office, as well as the finished basement. Large natural stone steps help to bring visitors closer to the detail of the falls, all while keeping in stride with the natural surroundings.
